Abstracts - CBJC 2022

Abstract Submissions for the 2022 Canadian Bone & Joint Conference on April 21st & 22nd 2022 and pre-conference Canadian Bone & Joint Young Investigators’ Forum on April 20th 2022 are now closed.

The CBJC 2022 is pleased to invite abstract submissions from experts of all research levels (Senior, Mid, Early Career and Trainee levels) for the 2022 event April 21st & 22nd 2022 - cbjc.ca. In these uncertain times, we are all searching for that which feels familiar. In an effort to maintain important collaboration and presentation opportunities this year, the CBJC will be once again be delivered virtually. The conference will be preceded on April 20th by the Canadian Bone and Joint Young Investigator’s Forum (CBJY).  The forum will include trainee focused workshops organized by trainees for trainees

Hosted by Western University’s Bone and Joint Institute in partnership with the Canadian Network for Mobility Research (CaNMoR) and the Canadian MSK Rehab Research Network, this unique and exciting virtual conference will bring together experts across multiple aspects of musculoskeletal research. They will present new knowledge and brainstorm about future collaborative research to fulfill a vision of Lifelong Mobility for All.

The conference will include Live-streamed Oral Presentations and Pre-recorded Video Open Poster Sessions focused on several topic areas including (but not limited to):

  • Inflammation and Auto Immune Diseases
  • Impact of Arthritis on youth and their care transitions
  • Human & Technology Interaction for Health
  • Patient Populations Characteristics & Perspectives
  • New Ideas and Emerging Trends for MSK Health

Awards will be presented (sponsorship dependent) to the top presentations and posters.
